2. Ordering & Payment
2.1 Order Process
Orders are processed through our 5-step process: Design, Quote, Approval, Production, and Delivery. All orders are subject to our acceptance and the availability of materials.
No Minimum Order Quantity
We accept orders of any size, from small batches to bulk quantities, so you can order exactly what you need.
2.2 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
- Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
- Additional charges may apply for expedited orders or special requests.
2.3 Cancellation & Refunds
Before Production:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before production starts.
After Production:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins due to their unique nature.
3. Products & Delivery
3.1 Product Specifications
All products are manufactured according to approved specifications and designs. We ensure quality control throughout the production process, but natural variations in materials and printing may occur.
Important Note
Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to printing processes and material properties. We recommend ordering physical samples for color-critical projects.
3.2 Delivery Terms

3.3 Risk & Title
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Customer Artwork
You represent that you own or have the right to use all artwork, designs, logos, and content provided for your order. You indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of your intellectual property.
Responsibility Notice
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their artwork does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
4.2 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4.3 Design Services
When we provide design services, you retain ownership of the final approved design upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise.
5. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with US privacy laws, including contact information, order details, and payment information necessary for providing our services.

6.2 Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our products and will replace or refund defective items when reported within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective products.
